• 1 session per week (each 1–1.5 hours, online or in person)

• Support around the funeral, early decisions, and emotional stabilization

• Guided through the first two stages of grief
  (from shock and orientation to personal farewell and initial stability)

• Ongoing support between sessions for questions and grounding impulses

A continuous, in-depth grief accompaniment over a longer period of time.
This package guides you through all five stages of grief, far beyond the acute phase.

• 6 months of accompaniment

• 1 session per week (each 1–1.5 hours, online or in person)

• Guidance through all 5 stages of grief
  (from shock and orientation to trust, vitality, and renewed connection to life)

• Ongoing WhatsApp support between sessions

• Accompaniment of important milestones and anniversaries
  (such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries, or other significant dates) with ritual or an additional session, even beyond the 6-month period

This accompaniment supports true integration:
The loss remains part of your story but it no longer defines your present.
