What this support is and what it isn't
This support does not replace psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment when such treatment is necessary.
WhatsApp support is intended for guidance, impulses and support between our sessions. It is not 24/7 availability or an emergency crisis service.
I will walk this path with you wholeheartedly – but we walk it together.
You remain responsible for putting the agreed steps into practice in your everyday life.

A life philosophy that invites a new perspective.
Does it eliminate suffering? No. But it transforms the way we experience it.
